EverLou Coffee Co. is a culmination of many for one purpose: to create a place to serve and inspire. When talking about the legacy that we wanted our family to have, it was a no brainer. We wanted to provide a safe space, with great coffee, for everyone to enjoy. We want to give back the same comfort we have been given through the years. A community is built and sustained by sharing experiences together. We have all loved, grieved, laughed, and dreamed over a cup of coffee. It’s more than coffee. It’s a chance to connect and create.

What Does “EverLou” Mean?
EverLou is a combination of two important women in our family. Evelyn and Mary Louise. When considering a name for our business, we wanted to make sure these women were included and recognized as sources of inspiration and strength.
Why Durham?
We. Love. Durham. No, seriously, we do! Having lived in Durham for years, our family is committed to keeping Durham a hub of culture and arts. We honor the people who first called Durham home and hope that we can be part of a beautiful revival of our town that acknowledges and affirms Durham’s history.
